Day 14 of Vacation - Cruise Day 11, Chef's Dinner

This is a first for us, a Chef's Dinner on a cruise, there were fewer menu choices on the menu than normal. Let's see how it goes

Fettuccini Alfredo – The same Princess fettuccini, finally served in a cheese bowl, as before it’s a favorite however I found the parmesan cheese bowl to be a little bit too salty.80/100

Wild Mushroom Cream Soup, Sun-Blushed Tomatoes – Much too salty, generally most of the soups were on the salty side. 60/100

Strawberry and Thyme Infused Lemon Sorbet, Thyme Sprig – Very prominent lemon flavor, with just a hint of strawberries and thyme, this would make a great desert. 85/100

Seared Diver Scallops in Citrus Butter Sauce –Scallops were cooked perfectly, with a nice sear on both sides.  Seasoned very nicely. 95/100

Cocoa Spice Rubbed Tenderloin, Natural Jus – The pork was a little drier than I would have preferred but was not overcooked by any means, I could not taste any of the spices that were applied but the jus was very flavorful. 80/100

Blueberry Sorbet – Very good, it had a prominent blueberry flavor. 100/100
